Description
This role sits within a dedicated Employment, Pensions and Immigration team and is closely aligned to a flagship subscription-based HR advisory product, delivering fixed-fee employment law support to clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and updating online employment law content for clients
- Managing and developing an employment document libraryCreating client-facing tools, guidance and training materials
- Monitoring legal developments and producing practical updates
- Drafting and maintaining precedents, checklists and guidance notes
- Delivering training to both clients and internal teams
- Supporting lawyers to improve efficiency and consistency
- Contributing to product development, innovation and process improvement
- Identifying opportunities to enhance client offerings, including additional services
- Supporting on projects and undertaking a small amount of fee-earning work
Profile
Requirements
- Qualified Employment lawyer with strong UK employment law experience
- Proven ability in drafting, research and legal analysis
- Strong communication skills, including presenting and training
- Commercial and pragmatic approach to problem-solving
- Ability to manage competing priorities effectivelyInterest in legal innovation and improving service delivery
- Collaborative, proactive and detail-oriented mindset
- Experience in a PSL/knowledge role is beneficial but not essential
