CONTEXT

NeoXam is looking for an experienced and result-oriented sales professional to manage and close new logos. The focus will be on growing the business in the UK market, primarily for buy-side clients (Asset Managers, Asset Owners, Asset Servicers), working closely with the EMEA team.

He/she will have overall responsibility for the region’s sales and third-party alliances.

MISSION & MAIN ACTIVITIES

The Sales Manager UK Market’s primary objectives are to:

  • Build your territory plan by identifying and qualifying leads in your market, creating a solid sales pipeline
  • Increase NeoXam’s market presence and brand awareness through industry events, campaigns, and outreach
  • Respond to tenders and proposals and coordinate with the different stakeholders within NeoXam’s team to define the best strategy and make compelling business proposals aligned with the prospects’ needs
  • Negotiate and finalize business proposals until successful signature and contract award
  • Maintain structured pipeline management leveraging NeoXam’s CRM (Salesforce)

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or Engineering
  • Solid experience in sales, pre-sales, or consultancy in the field of financial software

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

  • Proven track record in account management and business development
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a strong network
  • Self-starter, able to work independently while understanding the importance of effective cooperation with team members as well as stakeholders
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
  • Knowledge of French is a plus
  • Knowledge of the main players in data management within the financial industry is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Portfolio Management Systems and Data Management Systems is an advantage
  • Good working knowledge of Salesforce (or similar CRM)
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office
