- Order Processing: Accurately input and process customer orders from the Sales Inbox or inbound phone calls, ensuring timely delivery and fulfilment.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, escalating where necessary, resolving issues, and providing information on products and services.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain and update customer records, including contact details, and account information.
- Communication: Liaise between customers, sales team, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Proactive Customer Support: Contact Bronze customers to share promotions, check dispenser status, and find growth opportunities.
