The Opportunity

Are you a highly organised, logical professional who excels at managing the fine details of a busy office? Arden Personnel is working exclusively with a leading, ISO 9001-accredited manufacturing Office Manager in Redditch that has been a pillar of the local industry for nearly 50 years.

This role requires a strong-minded individual who can provide high-level support to the Managing Director and overse the essential pillars of the business. As the company continues to scale and expand into its new centralised facility, we need a dedicated professional to ensure every system is perfected.

Key Responsibilities

  • Duties PA to the Managing Director: Providing high-level administrative support, managing diaries, and acting as a confidential sounding board.
  • HR Management: Overseeing internal HR processes, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring strict adherence to company policies.
  • Marketing Coordination: Helping manage the company’s brand presence and supporting outbound sales, support or technical inquiries.
  • Operational Support: Handling complex instructions and coordinating office systems to prevent errors.
  • Culture Champion: Driving the company’s unique "Be Fun" and "Be Generous" initiatives.

Requirements: Skills & Experience

  • Proven Experience: A solid background in Office Management or Senior Administration, ideally within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • Analytical Prowess: A history of handling projects that require in-depth analysis and attention to complex detail.
  • Organisational Skills: The ability to prioritise and organise workload, and be proactive when required.
  • Resilience: The capability to work effectively in a constantly changing environment under pressure.
