A leading UK dealership specialising in Road Machinery is looking for a Service Manager to manage the after-market business for the division, working closely alongside customers to ensure an excellent level of service is provided whilst collaborating with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of the Road Equipment team.
- Manage the growth and development of the after-market business.
- Contribute to achieving national goals.
- Ensure compliance with all processes and dealer operating standards.
- Maintain customer relationships and understand requirements by establishing close liaisons with Road machinery customers.
- Ensure appropriate and timely problem resolution, both internally and externally.
Qualifications
- Experience in a similar Service Manager role in a dealer environment within the Road/Construction/Agricultural industry.
- The ability to organise the day-to-day scheduling of breakdowns, engineers and parts requirements.
- A strong customer focus and the ability to deliver on commitments internally and externally.
- Understanding of our customer’s needs.
- A team player with the ability to work on own initiative.
