Role: Ads Packages Project Manager

Contract: 12 months

Overview

You will own the end-to-end delivery of advertising packages for clients campaigns, working closely with brands, agencies, and internal teams to ensure campaigns launch on time and meet quality standards.

This is a hands‑on role focused on execution‑managing timelines, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring all assets and deliverables are in place for successful campaign delivery.

What You’ll Do

  • Own campaign delivery from post‑sale handover through to launch
  • Drive timelines, track milestones, and ensure deadlines are met
  • Coordinate across internal teams, agencies, and clients
  • Manage asset collection and approvals, ensuring completeness and quality
  • Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders and provide regular updates
  • Identify risks early and proactively resolve issues to keep campaigns on track
  • Support campaign activations where required (including occasional on‑site presence)

What We’re Looking For

  • 2‑4 years of experience in project management, marketing, or content operations
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
  • Confident communicator with client‑facing experience
  • Organised, detail‑oriented, and proactive
  • Comfortable working cross‑functionally and driving outcomes
  • Familiarity with social media or digital advertising is a plus
  • Agency experience is a bonus
