About the Team
The Product Owner team defines the product roadmap, prioritisation and requirements for their portfolios. We collaborate closely with Data, Engineering, Quality Assurance, Design, and Analytics to deliver products using an agile framework.
About this role
The Product Specialist supports the product lifecycle – discovery, definition and delivery of a specific product – working closely with the Product Lead, engineers, QA analysts, designers, data analysts and stakeholders across the organisation.
Responsibilities
- Support development of a specific part of a product roadmap aligned with internal goals
- Assist in discovery and market research to inform delivery and validate product changes with end users
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyse business needs, identify pain points and develop the product roadmap
- Assist in creating detailed user stories, wireframes, process diagrams and other supporting documentation
- Attend and support Agile ceremonies to deliver value to users
- Analyse bugs and work with the squad to resolve them
- Help the Product Lead manage the full product lifecycle – planning, execution, monitoring and adherence to timelines and budgets
- Support adoption of the product among key stakeholders through communications, training sessions, documentation and support

Stakeholders

External: Companies (Disclosers, Requestors), Financial Institutions, Governments (Cities, States, Regions), Indices, NGOs, Academics.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Junior Product Owner or similar in a product‑led organisation
- Experience embedding best practices in agile methodologies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across all levels
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a data‑driven approach
- Demonstrated delivery experience of end‑to‑end products, on time, within budget and to high quality standards
- Knowledge, interest and passion for the environmental and/or sustainability space
