Hours of work: 24 hours per week, working 38 weeks per year (term time, excluding TD days) / Working pattern: Monday to Thursday, 8.15am to 12noon plus 1pm – 3.15pm

Role Overview

We are looking to appoint a confident and adaptable Learning Tutor to cover classes across the school in both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.

The role involves working closely with teachers to support planning, preparation, and delivery of learning, and providing feedback and maintaining accurate pupil records, including marking and attendance registers. You will also contribute to the wider life of the school by participating in relevant curriculum, organisational, and pastoral meetings.

  • Participate in curriculum, organisational, and pastoral meetings.
  • Support a community where everyone is encouraged to reach their potential and work together toward shared goals.

Qualifications

  • Confident and adaptable.
  • Experience in both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 (preferred).
  • Strong communication, organisational, and teamwork skills.
