- Job Title: Quality Inspector

- Shift: Late Shift – Monday-Wednesday (4.30pm to 2.30am) and Thursdays (4.30pm to 1.30am)
- Pay: Starting at £17.96 – £18.64 per hour – DOE with rates up to £20.70 available
- Contracted hours per week: 39hrs
- Overtime available at x1.33 Mon-Fri, x1.5 Saturday and x2 Sunday
- Holidays/Benefits: Holidays are calculated in hours but work out to be 5.6 weeks of annual leave per year inc. bank holidays, increasing to 6.6 weeks inc. bank holidays following 1 year of continuous service. Death in Service Benefit – 2 x annual salary. Employer 3% / Employee 5% – Pension.
Overview
We now require a Quality Inspector to join the team. You will be tasked to visually inspect metal components with some dimensional checks also required, using hand tools such as verniers, callipers, depth/height gauges.
Key Responsibilities
- Visually and dimensionally inspect metal precision engineered components.
Qualifications
- Must have previous experience using handheld measuring tools such as verniers, callipers etc.
- Experience reading engineering drawings.
Preferred Locations
Commutable from: Evehsam, Alcester, Stratford-upon-Avon, Redditch, Droitwich, Worcester and surrounding areas.
