This role requires someone capable of speaking credibly with enterprise stakeholders, uncovering real business challenges, and creating high-quality opportunities that ultimately lead to multi-million pound contracts being signed.
What you will be doing:
• Researching and engaging enterprise prospects across key target markets
• Executing highly personalised outreach across phone, email, LinkedIn and video
• Running intro and discovery conversations with senior stakeholders
• Building pipeline that leads to major enterprise contracts being signed
• Inviting prospects to events, workshops and networking opportunities
• Working closely with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to progress opportunities
• Consistently exceeding targets, KPI’s and activity metrics
• Staying close to industry trends, innovation and major client success stories
• Receiving ongoing coaching, mentoring and world-class sales training
Who we are looking for:
• Degree educated
• 6+ months sales experience
• Highly coachable with a genuine desire to learn
• Authentic, curious and naturally engaging
• Resilient and motivated by high-performance environments
• Strong questioning ability and commercial intelligence
• Confident communicating with senior decision-makers
• Ambitious and serious about building a long-term enterprise sales career
