The successful candidate will combine strong personal sales capability with the ability to lead and develop a small regional sales team. This is a hands-on commercial leadership role with direct responsibility for business development, strategic account management, market growth, and customer relationship management across the UK and Nordic territories.
The role requires a proactive sales leader capable of driving market share growth, strengthening customer relationships, and coordinating cross-functional support to ensure excellent customer experience and operational responsiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement strategies to develop and grow business performance within the assigned territory in alignment with the wider European and global business strategy.
- Lead, coach, and support team members in all activities that contribute to revenue growth and increased market share.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality responses to customer requirements, including quotations, logistics, application engineering, and quality matters.
- Manage a portfolio of strategic, high-value, or representative accounts across key industries within the territory, including:
- account strategy
- account planning
- relationship management
- long-term business development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and projects in close collaboration with application engineers and other internal teams to promote suitable product solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based customer relationships to support long-term commercial success.
- Travel regularly to customer sites, industry exhibitions, manufacturing facilities, and internal meetings as required.
- Manage and develop the UK & Nordic sales team.
- Proven track record selling products such as Relays, Low - Voltage Circuit Breakers.
