Key Responsibilities:


  • Define and implement strategies to develop and grow business performance within the assigned territory in alignment with the wider European and global business strategy.
  • Lead, coach, and support team members in all activities that contribute to revenue growth and increased market share.
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality responses to customer requirements, including quotations, logistics, application engineering, and quality matters.
  • Manage a portfolio of strategic, high-value, or representative accounts across key industries within the territory, including:
  • account strategy
  • account planning
  • relationship management
  • long-term business development
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and projects in close collaboration with application engineers and other internal teams to promote suitable product solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based customer relationships to support long-term commercial success.
  • Travel regularly to customer sites, industry exhibitions, manufacturing facilities, and internal meetings as required.
  • Manage and develop the UK & Nordic sales team.
  • Proven track record selling products such as Relays, Low – Voltage Circuit Breakers.
