Due to continued growth and an exceptionally strong pipeline of work, the firm is now looking to appoint an ambitious Corporate Lawyer (Associate through to Principal Associate level) to join its thriving Leeds team.

The opportunity
You will join a well-established and highly ranked corporate team advising a diverse client base including large corporates, owner-managed businesses, private equity houses, investors and financial institutions.

While the role will have a strong focus on transactional M&A work, there will also be the opportunity to gain exposure to wider corporate and capital markets matters depending on your experience and interests.
The team works closely with colleagues across multiple practice areas and offices, offering exposure to complex, high-value and often multi-jurisdictional transactions. You will benefit from direct client contact, early responsibility and the opportunity to play a visible role in significant deals from day one.
