Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Associate Account Manager based in the Midlands / Central England to support the sales and growth of Teleflex’s Vascular Access portfolio.
This is an entry-level opportunity designed for individuals looking to start or develop a career in medical sales. The successful candidate will work closely with a Senior Sales Manager and wider team, receiving structured training, mentorship, and ongoing development.
Principal Responsibilities
Sales & Account Support
· Executing regional business plans
· Growing the product portfolio within hospital accounts
· Customer meetings/supporting the trial of Vascular Products within the hospital
Customer Relationship Development
· Build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare stakeholders
· Support engagement activities across hospital networks
· Identify key decision-makers within accounts
Learning & Development
· Participate in structured onboarding and training programmes
· Develop product knowledge across the portfolio
· Receive coaching from senior team members
· Engage in personal development reviews and goal setting
Team Collaboration
· Work with internal teams such as Customer Service, Marketing, and Clinical Affairs
· Support cross-functional initiatives
Administrative & Reporting
· Maintain CRM records and complete reports on time
Events & Industry Exposure
· Attend conferences, seminars, and exhibitions
Education / Experience Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
· Strong interest in sales or healthcare
· Good communication and organisational skills
· Microsoft Office proficiency
· Full driver’s license
