As we continue to expand, we’re seeking an experienced MEP Manager with a strong Electrical background to join our expert team in the UK.
You’ll play a pivotal role in coordinating MEP design, installation, testing and commissioning, ensuring quality, safety and performance standards are achieved throughout.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead MEP activities on-site with a primary focus on electrical systems
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure seamless delivery of MEP packages.
- Review technical designs, method statements, and submittals to ensure compliance with client specifications and data centre standards.
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and drive issue resolution to maintain schedule and cost performance.
- Oversee installation quality and ensure robust testing, commissioning, and handover processes.
- Act as key MEP point of contact with the client, project management team, and key stakeholders.
- Foster a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to MiCiM and HSE requirements.
About You
- Strong electrical engineering background with hands-on experience in large-scale MEP delivery.
- Proven track record as a Senior MEP Manager, or similar role on data centres, high-tech, pharmaceutical, or other mission‑critical projects.
- Excellent understanding of cooling technologies and mechanical systems typical of hyperscale or colocation data centres.
- Able to manage complex interfaces between trades and drive performance in fast‑paced environments.
- Strong communicator with the confidence to lead meetings, engage stakeholders, and represent MiCiM professionally.
