The hotel features 39 bedrooms of which 18 are suites and is also home to the decadent L’oscar Restaurant and Baptist Bar alongside other more unique function spaces for smaller and larger meetings and events. Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Bartender at L'oscar London, located in Greater London. The Bartender will provide exceptional service by preparing and serving a wide variety of beverages, ensuring high-quality presentation and adhering to customer preferences. Daily responsibilities include maintaining a well-stocked bar, following hygiene and safety standards, managing cash transactions, and creating a welcoming experience for all guests.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to engage with guests and provide outstanding hospitality
- Proficiency in Bartending and Food & Beverage preparation, with a focus on presentation and detail
- Experience in Cash Handling with the ability to manage transactions accurately
- Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques is highly beneficial
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to guests' needs
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
- Previous experience in a luxury hospitality or similar fine dining environment is an advantage
