The role

The successful candidate will lead office interior design projects from initial concept through to completion, managing client relationships at every stage and presenting design concepts with confidence and flair. They will play an active role in pitching to prospective clients, contributing to business development, and helping to raise the studio's profile in the workplace design market.

The ideal candidate

Must have proven experience in office and workplace interior design — this is non-negotiable

A design and build (D&B) background is highly desirable, understanding the full delivery process from concept through to construction is a real advantage

Is genuinely client-facing, comfortable owning relationships, leading meetings, and presenting design concepts to clients with energy and confidence

Enjoys the pitch process and can tell a compelling design story that excites and persuades prospective clients

Has a strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality workplace projects and an exceptional eye for detail

Is proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and the Adobe Creative Suite with strong visualisation skills

Has the seniority to mentor junior designers and contribute positively to studio culture
