The Role
This opportunity would suit someone who enjoys building professional relationships, thrives in a target-driven environment, and is confident communicating with senior-level contacts. The role combines strong interpersonal skills with the ability to stay organised, work at pace, and consistently deliver results.
Main Duties
- Drive attendance for the events by identifying and engaging suitable senior professionals through proactive outreach.
- Carry out consistent outreach activity through phone calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn messaging, and ongoing follow-up with prospective attendees.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential buyers using Salesforce, historical attendee data, target account lists, and approved lead sources.
- Engage confidently with key decision-makers, gaining an understanding of their business needs and demonstrating the benefits of attending the events.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, updating all communications, progress, risks, and next actions in a timely manner.
- Work collaboratively with internal departments including sales, marketing, operations, and portfolio teams to support event success.
- Provide onsite support during events when needed, helping attendees manage schedules and ensuring a positive experience.

- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to interact professionally with senior executives across multiple channels.
- Strong networking and relationship-management abilities, with the capability to build credibility quickly.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in an outbound environment with regular prospecting activity.
- Positive and determined, with the resilience to handle challenges, objections, and slow response rates.
- Well organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Able to manage time independently and focus on activities that directly contribute to recruitment targets.
- Experienced or comfortable working with CRM systems and maintaining accurate reporting.
- Commercially curious, with an interest in different industries and business challenges.
- Team-oriented and able to collaborate effectively with a range of internal stakeholders.
- Previous exposure to events, sales, recruitment, account management, or customer service environments would be beneficial but is not required.
