What you’ll be leading on


  • Driving the Ofsted registration process and preparing the home for safe, successful placements.
  • Embedding high-quality safeguarding, supervision, and compliance standards.
  • Providing visible, confident leadership that inspires and motivates your team.
  • Creating a therapeutic, reflective, child‑centred environment where every decision puts young people first.
  • Working closely with expert colleagues who are invested in your success.


What we’re looking for


  • Level 5 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or working towards).
  • At least 2 years’ experience as a Registered Manager or a strong Deputy ready to take the step up and make their mark.
  • Deep understanding of safeguarding, regulation, and delivering high‑quality care.
  • Resilience, integrity, and the ability to lead a relaunch with confidence and compassion.
