Store Manager – Premium Coffee Brand

Salary: Up to £35,000 + Bonus

The Role
As Store Manager, you will take full ownership of your site, leading from the front to build a high-performing, engaged team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, coaching, and developing your team to deliver excellent service
- Driving sales and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Managing rotas, staffing, and labour control
- Monitoring and delivering against key KPIs (sales, labour, waste)
- Maintaining high standards across customer experience, product quality, and store presentation
This is a hands-on leadership role with a strong focus on people, culture, and operational excellence.
About You
We’re looking for energetic, people-driven leaders who thrive in fast-paced environments.
You will ideally have:
- Experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or strong Supervisor within coffee, grab-and-go, or retail hospitality
- A passion for leading teams and creating a positive working environment
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A proactive, hands-on approach with great attention to detail
- The ability to deliver results against simple, measurable KPIs
