£30,000 Basic + £45,000 OTE (Uncapped)
Hybrid - 3 Days Office Based
A growing business in the contractor and payroll space, looking for a confident, people-focused Client Relationship Manager to join its expanding team in South Manchester. This is an opportunity to step into a warm portfolio of established agency accounts and play a key role in strengthening client partnerships, driving growth, and becoming the go-to contact for your clients.
This role is ideal for somebody who enjoys the social and relationship-driven side of business development - someone who values conversations, networking, face-to-face meetings, and creating long-term partnerships over transactional selling.
You’ll have the autonomy to manage your own accounts, build genuine rapport with clients, and represent the business at meetings, lunches, coffees, and events. If you’re naturally personable, commercially aware, and enjoy being out in front of clients, this is a role where your people skills will genuinely set you apart.
