The role?

We are seeking a passionate field-based Customer Service Technician to act as an ambassador for Lavazza Professional to deliver an industry leading service to our customers and consumers in multiple LAVAZZA On The Move retail locations.

Based within a territory, you will be responsible for effectively managing reactive and proactive high quality machine servicing and the installation and decommissioning of coffee machines as required. This position will cover Kent and surrounding locations when needed. You must be located within an easy commute of these areas and be used to travelling around the busy locations and willing to travel various distances. As these will be high volume retail locations, an understanding of working with the general public is essential.

This is a full-time, permanent position

Pay: £33,000.00-£36,000.00 per year plus £2k annual standby allowance and overtime
