We’re hiring a Part-Time Event Organizer for a football club in Essex.


This role is ideal for someone with experience in events, hospitality, venue management, or customer service who enjoys creating great experiences and can confidently manage events from booking through to delivery.


Responsibilities include:

• Managing event enquiries and bookings

• Coordinating private functions and venue hire

• Supporting clients during events

• Overseeing event setup and breakdown

• Liaising with suppliers and staff


We’re looking for someone who is:

• Organised and proactive

• Friendly and professional

• Comfortable working evenings/weekends

• Experienced in events, hospitality, or venue coordination
