The consultancy comprises of Cost Consultancy, Project Management, Building Surveying and Specialist Consultancy and work across a diverse range of sectors including Education, Heritage, Ecclesiastical, Commercial, Automotive and Retail. They can offer structured APC support with good opportunities for further career progression.

Role & Responsibilities of the APC / Graduate Building Surveyor:

• Building condition surveys
• Defect diagnosis reports
• Dilapidations
• Design and specification
• Contract administration
• Project Management

Skills & Experience of the APC / Graduate Building Surveyor:

• Building Surveying degree
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent IT skills
• Attention to detail
