Director of Technology – ERP Transformation
We’re seeking a Director of Technology to lead the rollout of an ERP as part of a major transformation programme.
You’ll take ownership of a multi-site ERP implementation, leading an established IT team of 25 and working closely with third-party partners to ensure successful delivery, adoption, and long-term business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the rollout of an ERP across multiple sites
- Manage ERP implementation, development, and adoption
- Lead and develop the internal IT function
- Coordinate suppliers, vendors, and implementation partners
- Drive programme delivery, governance, and stakeholder engagement
- Ensure alignment between ERP delivery and operational goals
Must have requirements
- Proven experience leading large-scale, multi-site ERP implementations
- Strong IT leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary tech teams (Developers, BA's, IT Support)
- Experience working with third-party ERP partners
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams

- Circa £140,000 salary
