We are seeking a Corporate Partnerships & Sponsorship Manager to secure mission‑aligned corporate relationships and commercial collaborations. You’ll identify and pitch to companies, create partnership packages, steward long‑term supporters, and unlock sponsorship opportunities across our digital ecosystem — especially our rapidly expanding YouTube channel.
This role is perfect for someone commercially minded, skilled in building relationships, and confident presenting to senior stakeholders. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our corporate fundraising and generating sustainable income that fuels FAST Heroes growth globally.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Partnerships
- Build and manage a pipeline of UK and international corporate prospects.
- Identify, approach, and secure new mission‑aligned partnerships.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches.
- Manage long‑term corporate relationships, ensuring outstanding stewardship.
- Deliver partnership reporting, impact narratives, and activation plans.
Digital Sponsorship & Commercial Income
- Develop sponsorship packages for the FAST Heroes YouTube channel and other digital assets.
- Work closely with content and digital teams to align sponsor visibility with programme storytelling.
- Explore brand collaborations, cause‑related marketing, and commercial partnership models.
- Secure digital sponsorships that support channel growth and global reach.
Business Development
- Build structured revenue pipelines, forecasting income accurately.
- Track KPIs, report on partnership performance, and optimise engagement strategies.
- Represent Grandheroes with credibility in corporate settings and high‑level meetings.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in corporate partnerships, business development, CSR, or commercial sponsorships.
- Strong negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to communicate compelling value propositions to senior stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with high commercial awareness.
- Experience working with digital platforms and sponsorship models (desirable).
