About the Role

You'll be teaching motivated adult learners across a range of proficiency levels, helping them build real-world English skills for the workplace, study, and life.

Day to day, you'll:

• Deliver engaging lessons in General English, Business English, and workplace communication
• Prepare learners for IELTS, TOEFL, and other international exams where required
• Assess and track learner progress with regular evaluations and feedback
• Develop lesson plans and teaching materials tailored to learner needs
• Use interactive methods, technology, and real-world communication tasks
• Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field
• Recognised teaching qualification: CELTA, DELTA, TESOL, or TEFL
• 3–5+ years' experience teaching English to adults
• Native-level British English speaker
• Strong communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills
• Confident with digital teaching tools and LMS platforms

Bonus points for:

• Master's in TESOL, Applied Linguistics, or Education
• Business English / corporate training experience
• Previous experience in the Gulf region, particularly Saudi Arabia
• Exam preparation experience (IELTS, TOEFL)
