DETAILS:

Interventions Alliance is proud to be delivering the Drive Programme in Surrey, this is an innovative programme focused on reducing domestic abuse and improving outcomes for victims, families, and communities.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to join a specialist domestic abuse team. In this role, you will work directly with perpetrators of domestic abuse, delivering structured behaviour change interventions, supporting safeguarding processes, and contributing to multi-agency case management. The role is ideal for candidates with experience within the criminal justice or voluntary sector, who have worked directly with individuals displaying offending or harmful behaviours, including within behaviour change or risk‑management settings.

“The Drive Project is our flagship intervention working with those causing harm in their relationships to prevent abusive behaviour and protect victim-survivors. Service users have been assessed as posing a high-risk, high-harm level of domestic abuse to the people that they are in intimate or family relationships with. They also often have multiple needs and are resistant to change. The Drive Project has an intensive case management approach that challenges service users to change and works with partner agencies – like the police and social services – to disrupt abuse”. - The Drive Partnership.
