Hunter Dunning is working with an established consultancy within the Site Inspection & Quality Management sector supporting residential and commercial construction projects. This Assistant Clerk of Works role focuses on site inspections, quality monitoring and maintaining accurate project documentation.

Your Experience

• Experience within construction housing or related built environment role
• Exposure to client facing or resident liaison responsibilities
• Understanding of construction materials trades and building methods
• Awareness of Building Regulations and quality standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience within the Site Inspection & Quality Management sector
