This established Fire & Security business delivers tailored solutions across the South Coast, London, and surrounding counties.


Known for their collaborative approach, technical expertise, and high standards of customer service, they have built long-standing B2B relationships, with many clients remaining with them for more than 20 years.


The sales team culture is supportive, professional, and focused on doing things properly. They are passionate about helping customers protect their people, premises, and operations by ensuring the right fire and security systems are in place.


The BDM Role


This is a proactive, client-facing position focused on developing service and project opportunities across both existing and new clients.


You’ll manage the full sales cycle from identifying opportunities to ongoing account development.
