Entry Level Marketing – Leadership & Progression

BasePoint runs face-to-face marketing and customer acquisition campaigns for some of the UK's biggest household brands – including EE, BT, and British Gas.

The Role

This is a field-based marketing position where you'll represent our brand partners directly with customers in residential and event settings.

Day to day, you'll be:

  • Engaging customers and communicating products and services with confidence
  • Representing established UK brands in a professional, face-to-face environment
  • Contributing to live marketing campaigns and tracking your own performance
  • Developing your leadership and communication skills through hands-on experience

No two days are the same. The pace is fast, the feedback is immediate, and the growth is real.


Training & Development

You won't be thrown in the deep end. Every new team member goes through structured training covering:

  • Customer engagement and professional communication
  • Brand representation and campaign delivery
  • Performance tracking and personal development
  • Leadership foundations and team coordination

Training is ongoing – we invest in people who invest in themselves.


Progression

Who We're Looking For

You don't need a degree or a sales background. You do need:
