An established luxury business is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to lead and grow its UK direct-to-consumer online channel.


This hands-on role is ideal for a commercially focused ecommerce professional with a strong understanding of premium or luxury trading environments.The successful candidate will take ownership of ecommerce performance, driving sustainable growth while enhancing the customer experience across digital channels. Working closely with marketing, operations, finance, and digital teams, the role requires strong collaboration and the ability to contribute to shared business objectives.


Key responsibilities include managing the ecommerce trading calendar, monitoring KPIs, analysing performance data, and identifying opportunities to improve conversion and customer acquisition.

The role also involves overseeing website performance, supporting onsite optimisation initiatives, and ensuring a seamless mobile-first customer journey.


Applicants should have experience working with ecommerce platforms and analytical tools, alongside the confidence to manage external agencies and guide performance marketing activity. Strong commercial awareness, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential for success in this position.
