Store Manager – Premium Coffee Brand

Location: Central London

Salary: Up to £35,000 + Bonus

The Role

As Store Manager, you will take full ownership of your site, leading from the front to build a high-performing, engaged team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading, coaching, and developing your team to deliver excellent service
• Driving sales and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
• Managing rotas, staffing, and labour control
• Monitoring and delivering against key KPIs (sales, labour, waste)
• Maintaining high standards across customer experience, product quality, and store presentation

This is a hands-on leadership role with a strong focus on people, culture, and operational excellence.

About You

We’re looking for energetic, people-driven leaders who thrive in fast-paced environments.

You will ideally have:

• Experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or strong Supervisor within coffee, grab-and-go, or retail hospitality
• A passion for leading teams and creating a positive working environment
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• A proactive, hands-on approach with great attention to detail
• The ability to deliver results against simple, measurable KPIs
