At Claims Consortium Group, customer service is at the heart of everything we do. We support homeowners and insurance customers when they need help most, often during unexpected and stressful situations.
We are now looking for Customer Service Advisors to join our Out of Hours team in Taunton.
This is not your typical call centre role.
You will be the first point of contact for customers dealing with property emergencies and insurance claims outside of normal business hours. From helping homeowners through urgent situations to coordinating contractors and ensuring issues are handled quickly and professionally, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience.
