About the Role:

We are seeking highly motivated Finance experts/consultants, preferably CFA Charterholders, with proven experience in U.S. financial services. Candidates should have strong domain knowledge and the ability to translate complex financial concepts into structured frameworks that support AI training and evaluation.

Job Title: Finance Expert / Consultant (CFA Preferred) - AI Training Project (Chinese)

Location: Remote (Resources who have native level proficiency in Chinese)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design structured finance questions/ prompts, scenarios and problem statements that will be used to evaluate the accuracy and depth of AI model responses
• Develop answer rubrics / structured response outlines to evaluate the model generated outputs
• Analyse and assess AI-generated responses, providing insightful commentary and domain-based evaluation
• Collaborate with internal teams to discuss findings, propose refinements and improve model performance
• Assist in preparing a final report summarizing research insights and evaluation outcomes

Qualifications & Skills:

• Finance qualifications, e.g. CPA, MBA Finance. CFA Charterholders are preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in one or more relevant financial services domains
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to clearly structure complex financial concepts
• Excellent written communication skills with attention to precision and clarity
• Familiarity with AI/ML applications in finance is a plus (not required)
