Senior Change Project Manager – Commercial Insurance

We’re partnering exclusively with a leading global specialty insurer to hire a Senior Change Project Manager into a high-profile transformation function supporting strategic business, regulatory and technology change initiatives across international markets.

This is a senior appointment suited to someone with 8–10+ years’ change delivery experience within Commercial Insurance environments. London Market experience is highly desirable, although strong candidates from broader commercial insurers will also be considered.

The Role

You’ll lead and deliver a broad portfolio of global change initiatives spanning:

• Business Change
• Technology Change
• Regulatory & Compliance Change
• Operating Model & Integration Programmes

The role requires someone who can comfortably operate across both business and technology stakeholders, with a stronger leaning toward business transformation rather than pure IT delivery.

This position works closely with stakeholders across the globe, so experience delivering change within global or matrixed organisations is highly beneficial.

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

• 8–10+ years’ experience delivering complex change programmes
• Strong background within Commercial Insurance
• Experience across both business and technology change
• Proven delivery of regulatory or compliance-focused initiatives
• Excellent senior stakeholder management skills
• Experience working across global teams and international business functions

Highly Desirable:

• London Market insurance experience
• Exposure to Lloyd’s / delegated authority environments
