Client Success Partner required to join our client leadership team on a 12-month FTC. This is a pivotal role where you'll champion client satisfaction, drive profitable client revenue growth, and foster a thriving, engaged team environment.
You are a data-driven and results-oriented leader with exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, capable of serving as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to senior client stakeholders.
You will have extensive experience in the marketing effectiveness or analytics industry.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Elevating Client Delivery & Insights: You'll translate complex data into clear, impactful insights for senior clients, leading your team of five individuals plus more dotted line relationships to deliver projects on time, scope, and budget, with robust quality assurance. You'll champion data storytelling and optimise client value from our tools.
- Driving Profitable Client Growth: You'll achieve client growth targets, identify new opportunities, and ensure profitability by proactively managing scope and efficiency. This includes leading new business pitches and demonstrating the tangible value we deliver.
- Cultivating Strategic Client Relationships: You'll build and expand strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, manage scope effectively, and proactively mitigate risks to enhance overall client satisfaction and advocacy.
- Embodying Thought & Values Leadership: You'll maintain deep knowledge of our offerings and the wider industry, serving as an inspirational leader who embodies Gain Theory's values. You'll foster collaborative learning and drive high satisfaction within your Client Success team.
