We’re partnering with a fast-growing, digital-first consumer platform operating within the online gambling space.
With a high-volume customer base and a strong performance marketing engine, the business delivers aspirational, high-value rewards through a seamless web-led experience. The company is profitable, scaling, and investing heavily in product and design to elevate craft, consistency, and conversion performance.
They’re now hiring a Senior Product Designer to take over from a contractor and become the core permanent design voice within the product team.
THE ROLE
- Own and deliver high-impact customer journeys across web and app
- Optimise conversion funnels and key transactional flows
- Evolve and maintain a scalable design system
- Collaborate closely with PMs, engineers, and data to inform decisions
- Use qualitative and quantitative insight to drive measurable improvements
- Raise the bar for design craft and consistency across the platform
THE CANDIDATE
- 6+ years’ experience in end-to-end product design
- Strong background in digital-first, consumer or ecommerce environments
- Deep expertise in responsive web design (mobile-first mindset essential)
- High level of UI craft and interaction design
- Confident working in commercially driven, performance-focused businesses
- Comfortable operating with autonomy in a small, fast-moving team
- Proficient in Figma and experienced working within a design system
- AI-curious or actively using AI tools to enhance workflow
