We are currently partnering with a highly regarded international aviation leasing and asset management platform on the search for a Senior Legal Counsel to join its legal team on a part-time basis (approximately 60%).

This is an excellent opportunity to join a sophisticated and globally recognised business operating at the forefront of the aviation sector. The role offers broad exposure across legal, regulatory, and commercial matters within a lean and highly collaborative environment.

The Opportunity

Working closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders across the business, the successful candidate will support a wide range of matters including:

• Regulatory and compliance advisory work

• Corporate governance and board support

• Litigation and disputes management

• Commercial and operational legal matters

• External counsel management

• General strategic legal support across the platform

This position would suit someone who enjoys operating as a broad commercial generalist and is comfortable working independently within a fast-paced international business.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is likely to bring:

• Strong in-house and/or private practice experience

• Exposure to aviation, asset finance, leasing, transportation, infrastructure, or broader regulated industries

• Experience across governance, compliance, disputes, and commercial legal matters

• A pragmatic and commercially minded approach

• The ability to operate autonomously and work closely with senior stakeholders

Prior aviation leasing experience is advantageous but not essential.
