About the Role
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join a growing D2C fashion brand and lead paid media activity across key digital channels.
This role is ideal for someone with strong Paid Social experience and a solid understanding of PPC, who thrives in a fast-paced eCommerce environment and is passionate about driving growth through performance marketing.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise Paid Social campaigns across Meta, TikTok and other key platforms
- Support PPC activity across Google Ads including Search and Shopping
- Own campaign planning, budget management and performance reporting
- Drive customer acquisition and ROAS growth across D2C channels
- Work closely with creative and eCommerce teams to improve campaign performance
- Analyse data and identify opportunities for scaling and optimisation
- Monitor trends, competitors and platform updates
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in performance marketing
- Strong Paid Social experience within eCommerce or D2C brands
- Working knowledge of Google Ads / PPC
- Confident managing budgets and reporting on performance metrics
- Analytical mindset with strong commercial awareness
- Fashion, lifestyle or consumer brand experience preferred
