As the business grows, we’re looking for a Business Operations Manager to work closely with the Founders, to build the operational infrastructure, systems, and workflows that allow the team to operate more effectively and scale sustainably.


The Role…


You’ll act as the operational “oil” within the business - ensuring things run smoothly, taking accountability for our systems and tools, and driving projects across tech, compliance, and supplier management.


We’re looking for someone highly organised, proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-focused. This is not a back-office admin role. We want someone who spots gaps, takes ownership, and gets things over the line. This would be a great move for someone from a larger recruitment agency who’s ready to take on more project ownership in a smaller, faster-moving environment.


The role offers significant scope for growth and ownership as the business continues to scale.
