A leading blue chip organisation is seeking a Commercial Contracts Paralegal to join its high-performing in-house legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded paralegal to gain exposure to a broad range of complex commercial matters within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements
- Supporting the legal team on supplier, customer, and service contracts
- Assisting with NDAs, terms and conditions, procurement agreements, and framework agreements
- Liaising with internal stakeholders across various business functions
- Conducting legal research and preparing internal guidance notes
- Managing contract workflows and maintaining legal documentation systems
- Supporting on wider regulatory and compliance matters as required
The successful candidate will have:
- Ideally 1–3 years’ experience within commercial contracts, either in-house or in private practice
- Strong drafting and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines
- A commercial and proactive approach to problem-solving
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders across the business
