We are instructed by a highly regarded, elite boutique law firm to recruit an Employment Solicitor (1–10 PQE) as part of the continued expansion of its specialist team. The Role

• You will advise on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including:Managing your own caseload of Employment Tribunal claims
• Acting for senior executives on complex disputes and exits
• Supporting on County Court and High Court litigation where required
• Providing strategic, day-to-day employment law advice to clients
• Drafting pleadings, witness statements, settlement agreements, and advisory documents
• Assisting on high-value and sensitive disputes
• Participating in networking, marketing, and business development initiatives

Candidate Profile

• Applications are invited from solicitors with between 1 and 10 years’ PQE who can demonstrate:A genuine commitment to acting for senior executives and individuals
• Experience (or a strong interest) in claimant-side Employment Tribunal work
• Exposure to litigation, ideally including County Court and/or High Court matters
• A proactive, “can do” and hands-on approach
• Strong client care skills and the ability to build lasting relationships
• Commercial awareness and a desire to contribute to the growth of the firm
• Excellent drafting and analytical ability
