Ariane London is looking for a Store Manager to lead the opening of Maison 123’s first London boutique in Chelsea, bringing this Paris-based premium womenswear brand to the UK market.

As Store Manager, and a key LEADER within our team, you embody the Maison 123 spirit and act as a brand ambassador, while driving team performance in line with the company’s values.
Your Main Responsibilities Will Include
- Promoting and embodying the values of Maison 123, sharing the brand’s spirit with both your team and our customers
- Developing the sales team by identifying and nurturing each individual’s talents, while delegating responsibilities effectively to encourage autonomy and professional growth
- Sharing your expertise and strong interpersonal skills to enhance team capabilities and ensure everyone contributes to collective success
- Monitoring and analysing commercial KPIs to optimise store performance, and leading regular meetings to provide clarity on key business challenges
- Welcoming, advising and building customer loyalty by delivering an outstanding shopping experience
- Proactively suggesting improvements to processes, store results and profitability
- Developing and implementing distinctive sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets
- Ensuring optimal stock and resource management to maximise profitability
- Maintaining a high-quality visual identity to enhance the store’s attractiveness
