My client is looking for a proactive and people-focused HSE Manager to lead their Health, Safety & Environmental function and help drive a positive, sustainable safety culture across the business.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established organisation where youll play a key role in shaping HSE strategy, influencing senior leadership, and supporting the continued development of an experienced HSE team.

As HSE Manager, you will;

• Lead and develop an established team of Health & Safety Advisors, supporting both personal growth and business objectives.
• Drive the companys Health, Safety & Environmental strategy, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement across all operations.
• Oversee risk management processes, environmental permits, and legal compliance obligations.
• Act as the subject matter expert for all Health, Safety, Environmental, and Wellbeing matters, providing guidance to senior leadership.
• Monitor, analyse, and report HSE performance data internally and to external regulatory bodies.
• Champion a proactive safety culture, placing employee wellbeing and workplace safety at the centre of the organisation.
