What You'll Be Doing

As a Train Presentation Team Leader, you'll play a key role in ensuring our trains look their best and are ready to welcome thousands of passengers each day. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading, supporting, and motivatinga team of Train Presentation colleagues to achieve outstanding cleaning standards
• Setting the exampleby delivering hands-on cleaning duties to GTR's high presentation standards
• Acting as theSite Person in Charge, ensuring safety and smooth operations when required
• Identifying and reporting faults or vandalismusing the correct procedures
• Monitoring team performance, conducting audits, and implementing improvements where needed
• Making sure all tasks meetcompany quality and safety standards
