We are working with a long-established independent construction consultancy, providing expert Project Management, and Building Surveying services across the UK.

The company are looking for an organised, professional admin assistant to join the team to help streamline business operations

The role involves:

• Answering client phone calls to assist with general queries
• Document control and general administrative duties
• Representing the brand with excellent client care

The ideal candidate

• Experience in receptionist / secretarial / administration role
• Great communication skills
• Organisational skills to sort important information
