We're looking for an Assistant Finance Business Partner to join our Finance and Corporate Services team in Belfast.

As an Assistant Finance Business Partner, you'll play a key role in supporting our Finance Business Partners (FBPs) to deliver accurate financial reporting, insightful analysis, and tailored solutions that empower strategic decision-making. What You'll Do
- Assist FBPs in preparing monthly management accounts, variance analysis, and commentary.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes across divisions.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely reporting.
- Analyse and interpret financial data, providing clear explanations to non-finance colleagues.
- Contribute to financial reviews, performance monitoring, and risk analysis.
- Help roll out new financial tools and systems.
What We're Looking For- Qualifications:
- Actively studying or interested in pursuing a professional finance qualification (CIMA, ACCA, AAT)
OR - Minimum of two years' experience in a finance role (e.g., accounts assistant, finance administrator).
- Experience:
- Assisting in the preparation of management or statutory accounts.
- Handling and analysing financial data using Excel (formulas, pivot tables, lookups).
- Communicating financial information clearly to non-finance colleagues.
- Other Requirements:
- Flexibility to work across locations.
