This role is ideal for someone who is confident, target-driven, and hungry to build a successful career in sales.

The role
As a B2B Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through proactive outbound activity. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients and play a key role in driving pipeline growth for the wider sales team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • High-volume outbound cold calling to prospective business clients
  • Following up on leads provided and qualifying opportunities
  • Booking meetings for senior sales executives
  • Building rapport and developing strong B2B relationships
  • Accurately updating CRM systems with activity and pipeline information
  • Working towards daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs

About you
This is a fantastic entry point into B2B sales. The client is open to candidates from a range of backgrounds, including graduates or early-career professionals, retail or hospitality staff looking to move into office-based sales, or individuals with strong communication skills and a competitive mindset.

You will ideally have:

  • Previous KPI-focused sales experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence speaking with decision-makers over the phone
  • A resilient, target-driven attitude
  • Motivation to build a long-term sales career

No prior B2B sales experience is required – full training will be provided.
