Role:Stock Associate with engraving responsibilities

Location:Argento Head Office, Belfast BT4

Contract:Permanent,32-hour contract, typical week will be 4 days, Tuesday Friday 0800 1630. However, during peak trading times, additional hours, including evening and weekend shifts will be required.We therefore require candidates who will be flexible to work additional hours during peak trading times.


Hourly Rate: £12.95 per hour

Job Summary

Our site is not your typical warehouse, it does not include, using forklifts, wearing safety boots etc. Product care and accuracy are key in these roles to ensure we provide amazing service to our customers. Our roles involve a lot of walking and climbing of steps, and good dexterity helps with manual handling and picking and packing orders.


No previous experience is required, our friendly team will provide you with training, you will also have a buddy to support you during your first few weeks.


What does the role involve?

Argento are passionate about providing really great service to our Stores and customers, and this role will be primarily in the online dispatch role, picking and packing, replenishment, heat sealing, engraving customer orders, as well as other repetitive tasks. You may also assist in the warehouse dispatch role, goods in / out, dispatching, manual handling, stock control, communication to stores, transfers and use of inhouse systems.

So, we are looking for enthusiastic and passionate staff who can work to high standards with excellent attention to detail and accuracy. This role requires all staff to carry out engraving responsibilities daily, for which full training will be provided. This involves meticulous engraving of intricate designs or messages onto jewellery in line with customer requests, brand guidelines and company procedures.
